Easy…Google. Their "on the record" statements scare me.
I think it used to be Facebook but ever since Google collected all that wifi data I’ve been pretty wary of their intentions.

(in order of mistrust. first=worse)
Facebook. Google searches and indexes information, Facebook makes it fun for people to voluntarily post personal information. Zuckerberg is a little creepy.
Only Google's size and reach concerns me.
Microsoft? What's scary them these days?
Twitter? Ha. no.
Google. It is like they are on a rampage to take over the world.
